  • Anna Gordon

Anna has been a Pilates practitioner for over 15 years with instruction in classical, Basi and Stott methods, first to address back and hip issues from running and ultimately as a life enhancing practice for posture, strength and mobility. As both practitioner and instructor, Anna has found the Pilates community to be supportive and inspiring and loves sharing these benefits with others! She is a Stott certified instructor.

  • Liz Jaquette

Liz discovered the transformative power of Pilates in 2017.  After experiencing the remarkable benefits first hand - enhanced strength, mobility, and overall well-being - she decided to go through instructor training. Liz is a certified Stott Pilates instructor trained on mat, reformer, cadillac, chair, and barrels. Her classes are a dynamic blend of spinal mobility, core engagement, and glute strength—creating a balanced, full-body workout. With a focus on precision and flow, Liz's sessions always include those essential planks to build endurance and challenge the body. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, Liz is dedicated to guiding you through a practice that strengthens both body and mind.

  • Ellie Logan

Ellie found Pilates while looking for ways to alleviate the chronic pain and stiffness accompanying an autoimmune disease and endeavored to become a teacher after falling in love with the practice. She is a big believer in creating accessible and sustainable movement for all bodies and hopes to foster a safe and encouraging environment for clients. Ellie’s teaching style is contemporary, completing her comprehensive training through Balanced Body. Ellie has continued her education by attending trainings on size inclusivity in Pilates and Pilates for aging bodies.

Apart from Pilates, Ellie has interests in photography and design and in her free time loves cooking for friends, hiking, reading, and lounging around with her two dogs and partner.

  • Stephanie Cameron

With a passion for movement and wellness, Stephanie has been a certified Stott Pilates instructor since 2011.

Enjoying the practice of lifting weights, Stephanie understands the importance of balancing strength with stability. She believes that while larger muscles often dominate during weightlifting, it's the smaller, deeper muscles used during Pilates that are essential for overall strength and injury prevention. Through her Pilates practice & teaching, she aims to help clients cultivate this balance, enhancing their performance in the gym, and in life, while fostering a strong mind-body connection.

Stephanie is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where clients can build awareness of their bodies and achieve their fitness goals. Join her in discovering how Pilates can complement any athletic pursuit, activity, strength training and promote a holistic approach.

  • Lindsay Davis

Lindsay became a Pilates "regular" when she signed up to summit Mt. Rainier and thought it would be good for cross-training. It was! Post-summit, she decided to keep up with the practice. Her goal is to be like her septuagenarian heroes who can still stand up straight, move their spine in all planes of movement, and squat down (and back up!) when getting something out of the bottom drawer.

Lindsay is Stott Pilates trained and believes strongly in her clients' success through progressive challenge, variety of movement, and connection to body and breath. She loves seeing clients' pride in their own goals being met; whether it's feeling stronger, mastering a difficult exercise, or noticing better posture.

  • Toni Stinnett

Toni first learned about Pilates while working as a receptionist at a fitness studio in high school. She immediately fell in love with the exercise and its connections to choreography, breathing, movement, and core engagement. Now, she has been doing Pilates for most of her life and aims to inspire the same passion for Pilates in her clients!

Toni is a STOTT-trained Pilates instructor. Her classes are a full-body workout focusing on spinal mobility, core stability, and strength building. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve greater strength and body awareness in a fun and challenging environment. You can always expect planks, glute work, and feeling slightly taller when you're done in Toni's classes.
